The user can access the Adobe Express app using the Design a new page tool from the Acrobat desktop app while using the Organize Pages or Combine Files tools. They can also use Acrobat online services to access Adobe Express. The tool is also available from the Tools center.
Should I subscribe to Adobe Express to launch the Adobe Express app from Acrobat?
You don't need a subscription to launch the Adobe Express app from Acrobat. Acrobat Pro and Standard individual subscribers can access free and premium templates, assets, fonts, and free Adobe Stock photos when launching Adobe Express app.

After I add a PDF page by launching the Adobe Express app from Acrobat, can I later access the corresponding project in the Adobe Express app?
Yes. When you create a PDF page by launching the Adobe Express app from Acrobat, a corresponding project is saved in the Adobe Express app. You can access and delete the project by signing in to Adobe Express with the same email address you use to sign in to Acrobat.
You can edit projects in Adobe Express. However, edits made in the Adobe Express stand-alone app aren't synced with the corresponding PDF page added in Acrobat. If you use premium content to create projects, you'll be prompted to first upgrade to a premium plan before you can make edits. As some Creative Cloud plans include Adobe Express, check account management to determine if your plan qualifies.
Where are my files stored? Can I access them from both Acrobat and Adobe Express?
When you add a PDF page by launching Adobe Express from Acrobat, you can save your PDF to Adobe Document Cloud. Alternatively, you can save it to your local computer or external storage accounts. The PDF page you added is also saved as a project in the Adobe Express app. You can access the corresponding Adobe Express project by signing into the Adobe Express app with the same email address you use for your Acrobat sign-in.
Will my entire PDF file be stored in Adobe Express or just the Adobe Express page I created?
Only the Adobe Express page will be saved as a project in the Adobe Express app.
Will updates to an Acrobat file that includes an Adobe Express page be saved in the corresponding project in Adobe Express?
When you first create an Adobe Express page as part of your Acrobat PDF file, your edits are saved to the PDF file. The edits are also saved in the corresponding project in the Adobe Express app. Any subsequent edits in the PDF file in Acrobat aren’t saved in the corresponding project in the Adobe Express app.
If I delete a PDF page created using the Adobe Express app from Acrobat, will the corresponding project automatically be deleted in the Adobe Express app?
No, if you delete a PDF page that you created using the Adobe Express app launched from Acrobat, the page will not be deleted in the Adobe Express app.
Can I use my designed page for public use? Are the images licensed so I can use them for promotional purposes?
