When you try to install Creative Cloud desktop app on Mac, the installer stops responding and the Creative Cloud desktop app installer screen disappears.
The issue occurs when you do not have correct permissions on /tmp folder. Follow these steps to give permissions to the /tmp folder:
The correct permissions are now set up on the /tmp folder. Try installing the Creative Cloud desktop app.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, disable SIP on the system by following the below mentioned steps:
