MENA (Middle East and North African languages) editions of Creative Cloud software may not appear in your Creative Cloud desktop app list due to your app's language settings. You can access MENA editions of InDesign or Illustrator by temporarily switching the language of your Creative Cloud desktop app to either Hebrew or Arabic. Here's how:

  1. Click the Creative Cloud icon, located in the taskbar (Windows) or Apple menu bar (Mac OS), to open the Creative Cloud desktop app and ensure that you are signed in. If you don’t see the icon, launch the app as follows:

    • Windows: Choose Start > Programs > Adobe Creative Cloud.
    • Mac OS: Choose Go > Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud > Adobe Creative Cloud.
  2. Click the three vertical dots icon () in the upper-right corner, and then choose Preferences.

  3. Choose Creative Cloud > Apps.

  4. From the App Language list, choose either the Arabic or Hebrew languages:

    • English Arabic -
    • English Hebrew -
  5. To close the Preferences dialog box, click the left arrow next to Preferences ().

  6. In the Creative Cloud desktop app, click Apps to view the list of available software.

  7. From the list of available software, install InDesign CC or Illustrator CC by clicking the Install button.
