Why can't I select the setting 'Don't load Google Analytics on these pages' in my rule?

This setting can only be checked if the rule is set to load before the Google Analytics beacon is set to fire in the tool. If you're unable to click this setting, try setting the rule to an earlier load phase (i.e. on or before your Google Analytics tool is set to load) so that the rule can effectively suppress the beacon.
