This article demonstrates steps to modify user permissions on Adobe Target from Marketing Cloud.

Steps

To modify the user permissions on Adobe Target from Marketing Cloud, follow these steps. Only System Administrator on the Marketing Cloud can perform these steps.

  1. Sign in to Adobe Marketing Cloud for your organization.

  2. Click the App icon () in navigation bar on the upper-right corner of your screen.

  3. Go to Administration (this option is only displayed if you are a system admin). 

     

  4. Launch Admin Console. 

     

  5. Go to Products.

     

  6. Select the Product Name > Adobe Target. 

     

  7. Select Default Workspace.

  8. Search for the user on the right side of the user drop-down for Observer, Editor, and Approver. 

    If a user does not exist, then add the user by selecting plus sign from upper-right corner.

  9. Select the Role (across their names under Product role).
