Issue

When you make an IR URL request that uses a ruleset, the ruleset doesn't work. And, you receive the following error:

"Malformed URL found during parsing."

Solution

Do the following:

  • Make sure that the ruleset is published.
  • Report the error to Tech Support for further analysis:
