Issue

The following error occurs when you try to start the Adobe Scene7 Extension in InDesign:

"Unable to launch Adobe Scene7 Extension, please reinstall or contact technical support."

Solution

Clear the CSXS database:

Note: Removing the database delete dpreferences or other settings you've saved (for example, login credentials).

Mac OS

Open the Hard drive and go to Library > Preferences > StageManager...> Local Storage > Adobe > SPSDExtend CS5. Delete the IDSN folder (for Windows users).

Windows

Go to /Users//Library/Preferences/StageManager.BD092818F67280F4B42B04877600987F0111B594.1/Local Store/Adobe/SPSDExtendCS5/. Delete the IDSN folder (for Windows users).
