Error: "failed loading ctx for image [url] FXG" | Scene7

The following error occurs when an FXG URL is requested:

"failed loading ctx for image [url] FXG Processing Error."

The image doesn't lload or loads intermittently.

Solution

1. Make sure that all the servers in the W2P VIP are responding: https://zerowing.corp.adobe.com/display/saasoperations/SaaS+VIP+Structure#SaaSVIPStructure-NJImageServers
2. Check the client's specific URL against each of the servers in the VIP.
