When a Data warehouse request is submitted, user gets onto a confirmation screen which contains information about the contact details of an Admin user who can be contacted for further assistance.
To change the contact details appearing on data warehouse request confirmation page, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Report & Analytic with Admin User.
2. Go to "Admin" Menu and Click on "Company Settings"
3. Click on "Support" Tab.
4. Enable "Override contact information for Unsupported Users" and enter the new contact details.
5. Click on "Save Changes" button.
