Navigate to the Adobe folder.

Mac OS: Macintosh HD/Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe
When you launch Adobe Creative Cloud Packager, you receive the following error message:

Close the Creative Cloud Packager, and follow the below steps:
Navigate to the Adobe folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe
Mac OS: Macintosh HD/Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Rename the OOBE folder.
Launch the Creative Cloud Packager.
If the issue still persists, close the Creative Cloud Packager, and follow the below steps:
Navigate to the Adobe folder.
Windows: [System drive]\Program files(x86)\Common files\Adobe
Mac OS X: Macintosh HD/Library/Applciation support/Adobe
Delete the OOBE folder.
Reinstall the Creative Cloud Packager.
Launch the Creative Cloud Packager.
