Dispatcher not initialized: request to 'some resource' declined

Symptoms

You are using apache webserver and you have DirectoryIndex option in your config files. Your dispatcher reports an error similar to:

[Tue Dec  4 11:48:20 2007] [warn] Dispatcher not initialized: request to '/dispatcher/invalidate.cache' declined

Cause

Dispatcher bug.

Resolution

Please upgrade your dispatcher to the latest version. This problem has been fixed in version 4.0.
