Because of a temporary technical issue, XD documents dragged and dropped to the assets.adobe.com web interface are stored in an older file format.
This format is discontinued in the XD mobile app, causing newer features such as Available offline, Share Prototype Link to be disabled. The document thumbnail is also not visible.

If you try to select functionality from the … icon for one of those documents, you see the following message:

This error occurs if you uploaded your XD document to assets.adobe.com using its web interface. This issue occurs because of a defect in the assets.adobe.com web interface that causes files saved in this manner to lose its cloud aware format.
When uploading XD documents to Creative Cloud, instead of clicking and dragging them to assets.adobe.com web interface, place them in your Creative Cloud Files folder on your desktop hard drive. Files are automatically synced and converted to the newer file format and in the XD mobile app all document options are then available.
