Differences between Adobe Camera Raw and the Camera Raw Filter

Adobe Camera Raw has greater functionality than the Camera Raw Filter. Because the Camera Raw Filter modifies a single layer, it doesn't include tools or features that can modify document properties. These features include removing Workflow Options and the Crop tool. Additionally, you cannot change Camera Raw Preferences, create Snapshots, or save as different formats.

The tools the Camera Raw Filter does not have: 

• Crop tool
• Straighten tool
• Rotate tools
