Issue
An FXG file that you uploaded to Scene7 Publishing System (SPS), shows a caution icon, and you receive the following error:
"Font used in FXG file was not found in catalog lookup."
fontName'appears as an image in IPS/Charles and as text. And, it appears as text with a yellow caution sign on the Edit page is SPS.
Solution
Do one or more of the following:
- Confirm that the font is uploaded into the SPS account.
- In the font, check that the RTF name is correct.
- Fix the RTF file in the FXG or basic template to match the font family name.
- Edit the RTF name of the Font in the Detail view in SPS to match what it's called in the RTF code of the template or FXG.
