How to change or reset a user's Adobe Social login password

Steps

An Adobe Analytics Admin at the Client's end changes the passwords for their users to manage the security. A Social Account Manger (SAM) can change the password but only when Admin is not available.

  1. User must be an Adobe Analytics Admin in the Company.
  2. Log in to the Adobe Analytic/Site Catalysts. Link: - https://sitecatalyst.omniture.com/login/
  3. Admin > User Management > Edit Users
  4. Find the user name, and click EDIT.
  5. Enter the New Password & Confirm Password.
  6. (Optional, Recommended) Check the box for "Require user to change password on next login."
  7. (Optional) Send Welcome email with a custom message.
  8. Save Changes.

Additional information

Any user who doesn't have Admin access to Adobe Analytics is not able to perform the above steps.
