Learn how to cancel your subscription to Acrobat or to Document Cloud PDF services such as Adobe PDF Pack, Adobe Export PDF, Adobe Send for Signature, and Adobe Send & Track.

Before you cancel your membership or subscription, read the Adobe subscription terms. Only purchases made directly from Adobe.com can be returned to Adobe. 

Cancel your subscription

If you purchased your Acrobat or Document Cloud subscription directly from Adobe, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

  1. Go to http://adobe.com/go/account, and sign in with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account. 


    Your Adobe ID is the email address you used when you signed up for your subscription.

  2. Under Plans, click Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.

  3. Under Plan & payment, click Cancel plan.


    Don't see a Cancel plan button? Contact us to cancel your membership.

  4. Select the reason that you would like to cancel, and then click Continue.

  5. On the screen that follows, you can choose to keep your plan, continue with cancellation, or chat with customer support.


    If you need help, contact us. You may be asked to sign in. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

Cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple iTunes App Store

Subscriptions that you purchase via Adobe Reader for iOS are paid through Apple's iTunes App Store. If you have questions about your subscription, contact Apple.

Return a subscription or membership purchased from a reseller

If you purchased your membership or subscription from any seller other than Adobe, contact the seller for assistance.

Cancel an Enterprise subscription

Contact your account manager to cancel an enterprise membership.
