Issue

During installation of AEM6.2 SP1 you see this error in the error.log:

Could not Install Package
"javax.jcr.nodetype.ConstraintViolationException: OakConstraint0001: /etc/cloudsettings/default/contexthub[[nt:folder]]: No matching definition found for child node relatedproducts with effective type [nt:unstructured]"

Cause

The nodetype of the folder /etc/cloudsettings/default/contexthub (nt:folder) is incompatible with the changes included in the service pack.

Resolution

Before installing SP1, do the following:

Go to http://aem-host:port/crx/packmgr/index.jsp
Create a backup package of /etc/cloudsettings/default/contexthub
Go to http://aem-host:port/crx/de/index.jsp web app
Browse to and delete the folder /etc/cloudsettings/default/contexthub
Save
Install SP1
Reapply any custom changes that were made to the default contexthub configuration.
