How do I underline text or change text decoration?

Solution

The text decoration parameter is only passed to SPS if a value other than "none" is set in the base template at time of upload.

You can manually add the value to the FXG manually and reupload to allow editing of the parameter through the SPS console.

"textDecoration=underline"

You can also add the text decoration via DOM manipulation at time of render:
