Basics

Specialty reports consist of data collected by the search engines (rather than by AdLens).

Specialty reports are available to all users.

The types of Specialty reports are:

  1. AdWords Segment Report
  2. AdWords Search Query Report
  3. AdWords Conversion Report
  4. AdWords Geo Report
  5. AdCenter Ad Report
  6. AdCenter Quality Score Report
  7. Facebook Interest Target Report

 

Types

AdWords Segment Report

  • Available for Google AdWords campaigns only.
  • It provides the cost, click, impression, and (optionally) derived metric data by network/device type/click type combinations for one or more ad groups. 
  • By default, the data includes one row for each network/device/click type combination that received at least one click for each applicable ad group in the specified date range. 
  • The rows are in ascending order by ad group name and then by network, device type, and click type. The report does not include conversion data tracked by AdLens.
  •  Data is available for the previous three months.

AdWords Search Query Report

  • Available for Google AdWords campaigns only.
  • It provides cost, click, impression, and (optionally) derived metric data for user search query terms for one or more ad groups.
  • By default, the data includes one row for each search term that resulted in clicks for each applicable ad group in the specified date range, and the rows are in ascending order by ad group name and then by search term. 
  • The report does not include the keyword to which the search term was matched or conversion data tracked by AdLens. 
  • Data is available for the previous three months.

AdWords Conversion Report

  • Available for Google AdWords campaigns with AdWords Conversion Optimization only.
  • It provides the number of conversions by conversion type tracked by the AdWords
  • Conversion Optimizer for one or more accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ad variations, or keywords.
  • Data is shown only when the AdWords Conversion Optimizer is enabled in the campaign's bidding settings (and thus AdLens is not optimizing bids for the campaign).
  • By default, the data includes one row for each conversion for each applicable keyword in the specified date range, and the rows are in ascending order by ad group name and then by keyword.
  • The report does not include cost, click, or impression data nor conversion data tracked by AdLens.
  • Data is available for the previous three months.

AdWords Geo Report

  • Available for Google AdWords campaigns only
  • It provides cost, click, impression, and (optionally) derived metric data by country/region/metro code/city combinations for one or more campaigns.
  • By default, the data includes one row for each country/region/metro code/city combination that received at least one impression or click for each applicable campaign in the specified date range, and the rows are in ascending order by campaign name and then by country, region, metro code, and city. 
  • The report does not include conversion data tracked by AdLens.
  •  Data is available for the previous three months.
  • Note: The totals for this report may differ from the totals for the same campaigns and time period in the Geo Distribution Report (which AdLens compiles) because of different vendors and methodologies in determining geographical locations.

AdCenter Ad Report

  • Available for Microsoft Bing Ads campaigns only
  • It provides cost, click, impression, and (optionally) derived metric data by ad for one or more ad groups within portfolios.
  • By default, the data includes one row for each ad that resulted in clicks for each applicable ad group in the specified date range, and the rows are in ascending order by ad group name and then by ad title. 
  • The report does not include the keyword to which the ad was matched or conversion data tracked by AdLens. 
  • Data is available for the previous three months.

AdCenter Quality Score Report

  • Available for Microsoft Bing Ads campaigns only
  • It provides cost, click, impression, quality score and related metrics, and (optionally) derived metric data for keywords in one or more ad groups.
  • By default, the data includes one row for each keyword that resulted in impressions or clicks for each applicable ad group in the specified date range, and the rows are in ascending order by account name, campaign name, and ad group name. 
  • The report does not include or conversion data tracked by AdLens.
  • Data is available for the previous three months.

Facebook Interest Target Report

  • Available for Facebook campaigns only
  • It provides cost, click, and impression data — and optionally Facebook metrics and derived metric data — by Likes & Interests target for one or more ad groups in the seven days prior to a specified date.
  • By default, the data includes one row for each target in an ad group that received at least one impression or click for the previous seven days.
  • By default, the rows are in descending order by the number of impressions per ad group (from high to low), and then in ascending order by target within the ad group.
  • The report does not include conversion data tracked by AdLens.
  • Data is available for any seven-day period in the previous two months.
  • Note:  The data in this report may not match data in the Ad Group Report. This report includes data for only the ad groups for which optional Likes & Interests targets were specified. In addition, when an ad group includes multiple Likes & Interests targets, the data is attributed to each target on a separate row (for example, if an ad group with three Likes & Interest targets gets one click, the report attributes one click to each of the targets).
