  • Error 1309: Error attempting to open the source file C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashPlayerTrust\AcrobatConnect.cfg. System error code: 2

Solution

The Adobe Creative Suite installer attempts to write numerous files to the system. The 1321 or 1309 error occurs when the installer is unable to write a file due to a permissions issue or system error. To resolve error 1321 or 1309, update the privileges on the parent folder of the file or source listed in the error message. The parent folder is the folder that contains the file at the end of the directory string.
