If you are a paid Adobe Sign customer, you cannot use the same Adobe ID and downgrade to a trial account.

The Adobe Sign single-user trial only supports one user.

The Adobe Sign enterprise trial supports up to 10 user seats, with the requirement that any added user has never had an Adobe Sign user account provisioned to them before.

After the Adobe Sign single-user trial expires, users will still have access to login to their Adobe Sign account and access any documents that have been signed. No additional agreements can be created until the expired trial account is converted to a paid subscription of Adobe Sign.

Adobe Sign enterprise trials will have access to their content for 15 days after the trial expires. After that, the account becomes inaccessible until the trial is converted to a paid Adobe Sign subscription.

Plan and pricing details for the single-user accounts, as well as other available Adobe Sign plans, are available here.

Adobe Sign enterprise pricing will be quoted to you by one of our sales representatives.
