While trying to install Adobe Camera Raw 13.0 update, you get the following error message:

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

Note:
The Library folder is hidden by default. To open the Library folder, click the desktop to make sure you are in the Finder, hold down the Option key, then choose Go > Library.

Double-click the Adobe Update Helper app to launch it.

Launch Photoshop Elements, navigate to Help > Updates and install the Adobe Camera Raw 13.0 update.
After following these steps, you should be able to install the update.
