Currently, LeanPrint doesn't support adding printers manually. Printers are added during installation. Contact us for help if an installed printer is not visible. For answers to other installation questions, see the Dashboard FAQ.

For information on installing and configuring LeanPrint, see Setting up your account with Adobe LeanPrint Dashboard. This document contains two links. If you have contacted email@example.com and placed an order, you can install the full version. Otherwise, you can install a 30-day trial. For help installing the LeanPrint client, see Install Adobe LeanPrint.
There are several potential reasons you could see an update error. For a description of the error codes and possible solutions, see Adobe LeanPrint updater error codes.
Sign in to your Adobe accounts page with your current Adobe ID and password. From there, click the Security & Privacy tab, and then click Change under Password. For more information on changing your password and other account information, see Manage your Adobe ID account.
