Learn how to invite collaborators to a project in Creative Cloud.

Collaborate easily with your teammates by inviting them to work together in real time, share feedback, and keep everyone aligned on the latest files and changes.

  1. Select the Projects tab.

  2. Select the   menu in the upper-left corner of the file thumbnail.

  3. Once selected, a menubar will appear with the option to share with your collaborators.

    Manage your project with quick actions like sharing, renaming, or deleting.

  4. Alternatively, select the Share button inside a project to add collaborators directly.

    Use the Share button to collaborate on your project, invite team members, or generate a link for easy access.
