The best and most effective way to contact Adobe Social Customer Care is to use the new Social Support form.

If you do encounter a bug or a critical issue that prevents you from accessing the moderation tool or any other portion of Adobe Social, please file a support ticket using the following protocol to ensure prioritization in the queue:

1.Click on Help at the top right corner

2.Select Contact Support

3.Provide your contact information

4.Ensure the proper title of the issue is included in the Subject line

5.Include a brief and clear description of the issue with your, please use the details from below to structure your reproduction steps.

6.Attach screenshots if possible
