Problems while using Adobe Drive on macOS Sierra
Installing on macOS Sierra
Adobe Drive versions 5.0.3 and earlier fail to install on macOS 10.12 (Sierra) and returns the following error message:
Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.

Choosing to download the Adobe Support Advisor fails as well, because that utility has been discontinued.
Upgrading to macOS Sierra
If you have Adobe Drive version 5.0.3 or earlier installed on your computer, and you upgrade to macOS Sierra, even though the application launches, you're unable to connect to a digital asset management system. The following error message is returned:
The server could not be connected” Details: “the server with uuid <xxxx> could not be mounted.

Workaround
If you are running a version of Adobe Drive affected by this issue, remain on your current Mac OS X version and do not update to macOS 10.12 (Sierra).
