Troubleshoot Infopanel and rollovers | Scene7

Image maps with rollover data are not displaying correctly. For example, the following error occurs when you roll over an image map:
"Please try again later."
Make sure that each of the following conditions is met:
- The image maps for the images in the eCatalog are saved.
- Each image map has a valid entry for href and rollover key.
- Each image map is "turned on."
- The rollover key for each map is unique (usually corresponding to the map name)
- s7infoserver URL is defined via the Viewer Preset or in the viewer URL.
- Info Panel Data File content is present for the eCatalog or the viewer preset.
- Response template (that is the user template) is valid XML and references the correct variables
