Remove haze in a photo
Reduce haze in your photo with the Dehaze slider.
What you'll need

Download and unzip our sample photo, or use one of your own. In Lightroom Classic choose File > Import Photos and Video...
Select your image and click Import.
If you need help importing, see Import photos to Lightroom Classic .
In the Develop module, open the Basic panel and look for the Dehaze slider. Drag this slider to the right to reduce the haze in the scene.
Tip: Experiment with dragging the Dehaze slider to the left to increase haze. This is useful for creating the look of mist or fog in a landscape photo or softening a portrait.
Tip: If applying Dehaze makes colors look too intense, drag the Saturation or Vibrance slider in the Basic panel to the left to reduce color saturation.
