When you open the font family menu for the Type tool in the Photoshop Elements Editor on Windows, no scroll bar appears.

Solution 1: Use the keyboard.

Use any combination of the Up Arrow, Down Arrow, Page Up, Page Down, Home, and End keys on the keyboard to scroll through the list.

Solution 2: Adjust Windows visual effects.

Follow the instructions for your operating system.

Windows 7 and Windows Vista

  1. Choose Start > Control Panel.
  2. Open Performance Information And Tools.
  3. Click the Adjust Visual Effects link on the left side of the window.
  4. Place a check in the Slide Open Combo Boxes checkbox.
  5. Click OK. Close Performance Information And Tools.

Windows XP

  1. Choose Start > Control Panel (or Start > Settings > Control Panel).
  2. Open System.
  3. In the System Properties, select the Advanced tab.
  4. Click the Settings button in the Performance section.
  5. Place a check in the Slide Open Combo Boxes checkbox.
  6. Click OK. Close System Properties and the Control Panel.
