Learn how to use review links to share your designs directly from Photoshop and Illustrator. Link recipients don’t need an Adobe account to open links and comment. All comments flow back into your file.

Let’s dive in and create the first review link with Share for Review.

Create a review link

Open a document in Photoshop or Illustrator and click on the blue “Share” button to open the Share for Review menu.

You can customize the link by changing the name of the link, selecting who can access the link in the “Who can access” menu, and protecting your link with a password.

Let’s keep the access permission to “Anyone with the link can comment” and click on “Create link”

Share for review (Beta) menu shows a cursor hovering over "Anyone with the link can comment" menu item.

Once the link is created, click on the link to open it in a browser:

Use pin and pen tools and make comments in the review link

Select a pen tool, circle around parts of the design and make comments. Select a pin tool, place a pin on the design and make a comment. All comments are attached to the markups and pins. Zoom in and out of the image by using the +/- magnifying glass icons.

View comments back in Photoshop or Illustrator

To see your comments, go back to Photoshop or Illustrator. Click the Comments icon. If you don’t see the icon, go to Window > Comments panel.

You can respond, filter, and resolve comments by clicking on the “checkmark” icon.

A cursor hovers over the "Resolve" option in the Comments panel.

Update review links

When you are ready to share an updated design, click on Share > Update content. The design will be updated within the same review link.

A cursor hovers over the "Update content" menu option in the Comments panel.

Review links make sharing files easy and simple.
