When you install Adobe Premiere Elements 9, the installation fails with error Exit Code 7.

Ensure that the Adobe Premiere Elements 9 application is installed before installing the Content.

Note: When Photoshop Elements and Adobe Premiere Elements 9 are purchased as a bundle, installations for both products are provided on a single DVD.

Additional information

Attempting to install the Content without the application itself installed results in this error.
