Error 1935 when you silently deploy Adobe Premiere Elements 11

When you try to silently deploy Adobe Premiere Elements 11 (for example using SCCM), you receive an error similar to the following:

Elements 11 -- Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {CE3230AC-E72E-3EDF-8A57-87FCE1CF2629}. HRESULT: 0x80070003. assembly interface: IAssemblyCache, function: CreateAssemblyCacheItem, assembly name: Microsoft.VC90.ATL,version="9.0.30729.1",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="amd64",type="win32

Use the script to re-create the InstallTemp folder 

Once the silent uninstallation is complete.

  1. Download the attached file.
  2. Unzip the folder.
  3. Navigate to the folder and locate the script file named PRE11.bat.
  4. Run the script.
  5. Start the silent installation.


Additional information

The Adobe Premiere Elements 11 installer deletes the “InstallTemp” folder when it is uninstalled silently through the system account. The attached script reinstates this folder.

Deployment tools like SCCM use the system account to silently install software.
