Note:

This issue doesn't occur in Presenter 9 downloaded from the Adobe online store after July 12 2013. However, it does still occur in the DVD format (regardless of date of purchase).

Issue

Even though Adobe Presenter installs successfully, the Adobe Presenter ribbon doesn't appear in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Solution

Choose the Adobe Presenter installer (32 bit or 64 bit) to match your Microsoft Office version (32 bit or 64 bit), and not the operating system of your computer.

  1. Uninstall Adobe Presenter by choosing Control Panel > Programs And Features > Adobe Presenter 9 > (right-click) Uninstall.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Download and install the Adobe Presenter version that matches your Microsoft Office version. For example, if the Microsoft Office version is 64 bit, download 64-bit Adobe Presenter.

To find out if your Microsoft Office 2010 is 32 bit or 64 bit, choose File > Help, and locate the version on the right side.
