The AuditudeTracker sends ad tracking information to the Auditude tracking server. It listens for TIME_RANGE_BOUNDARY and PROGRESS events from the TimelineManager, and translates these into tracking calls to the Auditude Analytics library, which handles the URL formatting and makes the actual HTTP calls.
