What is #EXT-X-CUE-OUT-CONT used for in a SSAI Manifest?

#EXT-X-CUE-OUT-CONT tag is used to indicate the elapsed duration of the ad break.

Example:

    AD PLACEMENT:
        Start: #EXT-X-CUE-OUT:177.100,SignalID=
        Span: #EXT-X-CUE-OUT-CONT:5.005/177.100,SignalID=
        End: #EXT-X-CUE-IN:177.100,SignalID=

In the above example the #EXT-X-CUE-OUT-CONT tag is indicating that 5 seconds of the 177 second ad break has elapsed. Non-TVSDK based players may parse this information to understand the time elapsed of an ad break. If the TVSDK is being used and this tag is defined within a manifest, the TVSDK will ignore this tag.
