Adobe General Terms of Use: Updates and Details

An update to the Adobe General Terms of Use

For Document Cloud and Creative Cloud customers

This update to Adobe General Terms of Use (Terms) clarifies that the content users store in Document Cloud and Creative Cloud for teams or enterprise storage may be controlled by the Business providing the plan (Business Terms).

  • If you received a Document Cloud or Creative Cloud for teams or enterprise plan from a Business (such as, an organization, such as a business, government entity, or educational institution), then the storage repository associated with such a plan is a Business Profile. Such Business may control your Business Profile and all content you store therein.
  • Your content stored in Business storage will remain inaccessible to other members of your team unless you share your content with them.
  • Content and files stored outside of Business storage, such as hard-disk or other cloud storage services (for example. Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive) are not impacted by the update to Terms.
  • If you are a Document Cloud user, Adobe Acrobat Sign assets will remain a part of the profile granted the Acrobat Sign entitlement and cannot be otherwise moved.
Notă:

In order to continue using Document Cloud and Creative Cloud services and software, you must accept the updated Terms.

For Stock customers

If you are a Creative Cloud for teams user who has an individual plan with Stock (for example, a subscription or credit packs), we will not move any of your existing quota, credits, or License History from your personal profile to your Business Profile unless requested or approved by you. You may navigate to stock.adobe.com/migrate to initiate the migration process once available.

Notă:

If you choose to move your Stock content from your personal profile to your Business Profile, you must also move your quota and credits. Likewise, if you choose to move your Stock quota or credits, you must also move your License History to your Business Profile. For more information, please reference this help article: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/help/business-profiles-adobe-stock.html.

If you have concerns that your content stored in Creative Cloud or Document Cloud for teams or enterprise storage may be accessed and controlled by the Business providing your plan, you may explore the following two options:

  • You can move all your personal content from Creative Cloud or Document Cloud for teams or enterprise storage as outlined above; or
  • If you currently have a personal email associated with your Creative Cloud or Document Cloud for teams or enterprise account, you can ask your team or enterprise administrator to reassign the plan to your work email address. By doing this, for Creative Cloud only, your current (personal) email address will default to a Creative Cloud free membership or to a paid personal plan (if you have one), and the content will remain in your personal account.
