As of September 25, 2017, macOS 10.13 High Sierra is publicly available for all Mac users to install. Adobe has discovered some compatibility issues listed below.

Cursor appears as a pixelated box
When you work with InDesign for some time, the cursor may appear as a pixelated box.
Solution
Apple has released the macOS High Sierra 10.13 Supplemental Update. Installing this update fixes the cursor issue with InDesign on macOS High Sierra. For more information, see About the security content of macOS High Sierra 10.13 Supplemental Update.
Rendering issues while zooming and panning
Due to compatibility issues with some Intel GPU cards, you may face rendering errors while zooming and panning objects in your document.
Our engineering team is working with Apple to correct the root problem.
Workaround
To resolve this issue, disable GPU.
- In the application bar, click the GPU Performance icon to display the GPU Performance settings in the Preferences dialog box.
- Clear the GPU Performance check box and click OK.
