Overview
Some Cloud Signature Providers are identified as "Restricted," and enabling these providers requires the customer to communicate their Acrobat Sign Account or Group ID to the provider before provisioning occurs.
- An account-level administrator can find the Account ID on the Global Settings tab of the admin menu.
- The Group ID can be found by accessing the group's Group Settings tab in the admin menu.
Availability:
Use of Restricted Cloud Signature Providers is available for individual, team, and enterprise license plans.
Scope:
The IDs are available at the account and group levels.
How it's used
When contacting a provider to establish use of their signature solution, you will be required to give them the Account ID or Group ID for the group using the provider.
The provider will use the ID to provision your service.
The Account ID is on the Global Settings tab.
Providing the Account ID will enable use of the service for all groups within the account.
Every group has a unique Group ID that is on the group's Group Settings tab.
Providing a Group ID only enables the use of the service through that group.
