Issue: There is an unpredictable behavior with Adobe Stock media contained in shared Creative Cloud Libraries. Stock media that has been licensed and shared by a collaborator may not appear as licensed to fellow collaborators, it may appear as media offline, or it may not appear at all in the shared library or sequence when other collaborators open the project and the shared library.
Workaround: Try closing and opening the project, or closing and relaunching the app.
Issue: User A - Premiere Pro, User B - After Effects
A collaborator imports a local asset, adds it to a comp in a team project and shares the changes, then uses the media management dialog to copy the asset to a shared storage location. A different collaborator with the same team project open in Premiere Pro sees that the asset comes online. The composition containing the asset does not come online.
Workaround: The collaborator receiving the share in Premiere Pro can close and reopen the team project.
Issue: When replacing a synthetic clip track item with an AE comp, the synthetic clip item is not preserved in AE. It is replaced with a solid or offline layer. It also happens in an .aep, but in Team Projects it is obvious because the corresponding solid or offline assets are added to it.
Workaround: No workaround.
Issue: When creating a comp in a team project in After Effects and then creating a sequence from the comp in the same team project in Premiere Pro, the comp without audio is incorrectly added to the sequence as an AV comp. The comp’s properties list audio when there is none.
Workaround: No workaround.
Issue: AME does not refresh and sync changes when assets are deleted in a team project by a collaborator who has the team project open in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Prelude.
Workaround: Select a different team project in the Media Browser in AME and then reselect the original team project, forcing a refresh.
Issue: When the same user in After Effects and Premiere Pro opens a team project and the user imports a media file in After Effects and creates a composition with a duration of less than 30 seconds, when the user creates a sequence in Premiere Pro and adds the composition via Clip > Insert or Clip > Overwrite, the After Effects composition is inserted/overwritten as a 30-second track item, leading to danger stripes in the timeline.
Workaround: Click the After Effects composition to the sequence in Premiere Pro.
Issue: If you import a closed captions file into a Team Project and share their changes, when other users get the latest changes, imports assets and tries to share, the share dialog shows the closed captions file in the second share list which the second collaborator has not added or edited. It can cause confusion.
Workaround: No workaround today
Issue: Video assets in Creative Cloud Libraries are not working between After Effects and Premiere Pro in a Team project. Video added to a Team Project in After Effects from a Creative Cloud Library are offline when it is opened in Premiere Pro. Conversely, a video added to a Team Project from a Creative Cloud Library in Premiere Pro is offline when opened in After Effects. This issue occurs when switching between applications on the same system, and when sharing (with a shared library) between After Effects and Premiere Pro across users/systems. The same issue occurs if you add a video from Adobe Stock to a Creative Cloud Library, license it and attempt to use it in a Team Project accessed by Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Workaround: No workaround today.
Issue: If a user opens a team project in Adobe Media Encoder and modifies the timeline of the project within Premiere Pro and shares their changes, it immediately switches to Adobe Media Encoder and adds the timeline to the render queue. You can render the previous shared version of the team project and not the latest change.
Workaround: Wait at least 2 minutes after sharing before adding the timeline to the render queue to ensure that the latest Team Project version is available.
Issue: In After Effects or Premiere Pro with a Team Project open, if you open the media browser and drag a composition that contains a sequence from a different Team Project into their current one, the UI indicates that this item is being imported. It is an erroneous behavior and is not to be added to the team project. There is no indication that it is not a supported workflow that confuses the users.
Workaround: No workaround today.
