If you have implemented Adobe Analytics, see an image request firing with expected data, but are not seeing that data in reporting, try the following steps:
- Check to make sure the report suite's timestamp support matches the type of image request being sent. Timestamp support is disabled by default; if you suspect this setting affects your data, have a supported user contact Customer Care.
- If populating an eVar, check its expiration to make sure that persisted values get credit for expected subsequent events.
- Classification reports are not populated directly using values in image requests. If the report you're looking at is based on a classification, look at the key report to make sure that the key variable is getting data.
- Processing rules and VISTA rules can alter data collection after an image request is sent. Check Processing rules in the Admin Console, or have a supported user contact Customer Care if you suspect a VISTA rule is interfering with data collection.
