Editing AEM Mobile app settings does not allow changes to be submitted

When you try to update an app's settings, the Submit button is grayed out and not responding.

Cause

Since the app settings were last updated, new screenshots are needed for the iPhone X device resolution.

Resolution

  1. Switch to the assets tab of the App Settings.
  2. Click the Upload button for both iPhone X Portrait Splash Screen (2436 x 1125) and iPhone X Landscape Splash Screen (1125 x 2436).
  3. Change other settings, as desired, then click Submit to request the build.
