Learn how to share a file by making it publicly available as a link. This lets anyone view the file without signing in.

Use any of your templates and follow along to learn how to publish a public link.
Select Share.
Scroll down and select View-only link.
In the View-only link window, select Create link.
Note
If you are on a Teams or Enterprise plan, you can additionally select one of the following:
- Select Allow others to remix to share a remixable link of the template with anyone who has the link.
- Select Require password protection and type in a password for sharing a view-only link with a password.
Select Copy link and share it with your audience.
To delete and update the link, go to Share > View-only link and select Delete link or choose Update link.
