Chrome is not displaying the list of segments associated to my destination while everything works in Firefox.

Environment

  • Audience Manager
  • UI
  • Destination
  • Segment mappings

Cause

You are probably using an older version of Chrome that needs updating.

Resolution

Refer to the Chrome release notes (https://chromereleases.googleblog.com/) and look for the latest release of the Stable Channel Update for Desktop.

Make sure that you install the latest version and restart Chrome, your problem is solved.
