AEM fails to start or performs reindexing after crx2oak 1.4.6 migration.

Cause

This is caused by a known bug OAK-6131 where crx2oak causes unnecessary reindexing.

Resolution

To avoid this problem, use crx2oak version 1.4.8 or later version of crx2oak 1.4.x.
