PNG image renditions generated by AEM Assets do not perfectly match the original image's CMYK coloration.
Cause
PNG image type doesn't support CMYK, therefore, the color model gets converted during transcoding. This means that the color would never be a perfect conversion (including the color profile).
Resolution
Use JPEG renditions instead where the color model used on the original image is CMYK.
