Issue
When accessing a publish instance, the sidekick appears when pages are loaded.
OSGi configuration settings below show runmode is publish:
a) Sling Settings [1]
b) System Properties [2]

Resolution
- Disable the Day CQ WCM Filter.
Obs!
This should be done if the instance was installed as publish and it wasn't changed from an author instance.
- Search to item "Day CQ WCM Filter" [1]
- Change the value to 'disable' and save it.
