When should I run a Video Publish job?
Solution
Video publishes are no longer necessary. They were important to the old video workflow, but their function has been folded into the current upload process. Video files are now pushed out to the servers when they are uploaded (or created). So, there is no need to run a separate job.
Manifest file entries for video files are now also updated during a normal Image Serving Publish.
