Why is Adobe increasing our prices on Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise?

As Adobe Creative Cloud continues to evolve and improve, we will raise our prices beginning on February 12, 2019. Since launching Creative Cloud more than six years ago, we have released six all-new Creative Cloud apps — Adobe XD CC, Dimension CC, Character Animator CC, Photoshop Lightroom CC, Adobe Spark with premium features, and Premiere Rush CC.  We will keep delivering new features and services, as well as continued innovations like Adobe Sensei, to drive performance improvements throughout the entire Creative Cloud experience.

How are prices changing on Creative Cloud for enterprise?

Contact your Adobe account manager or Authorized Adobe Reseller for details on what, if any, price changes will take effect at your next contract renewal.

When will the prices increase?

The new prices take effect beginning on February 12, 2019.

How does this change affect existing Adobe customers who purchased through the Value Incentive Plan (VIP)?

  • Beginning on February 1, 2019, all add-on and renewal licenses will be at the Adobe VIP price.
  • Adobe VIP members who have opted in to a three-year commit amendment will experience new pricing for add-on and renewal licenses after the three-year commit term comes to an end.

Is this only for new customers, or are existing Creative Cloud members affected?

Customers adding new Creative Cloud for enterprise licenses will experience new pricing on those licenses beginning February 12, 2019. Renewing customers who have opted in to a three-year commitment agreement will experience the new pricing for add-on and renewal licenses when the three-year commitment term comes to an end on or after February 12, 2019.
