Animate 2014 doesn't install on Mac OS if the operating system language is set to Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), or Korean.

Open the Creative Cloud application.
Click the button, and choose Preferences from the menu.

Select Preferences

In the Preferences dialog box, navigate to the Apps tab, and set the App Language to English (North America).

You could choose any of the supported languages except for Chinese (Simple), Chinese (Traditional), or Korean.

Set App Language

Reinstall Animate 2014.
