TouchUI - Fullscreen button missing in RTE components

When using RTE components, the fullscreen button is missing in Chrome and Firefox.  

In Internet Explorer, there is no issue.

AEM 6.2, Chrome and Firefox

Chrome

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Type chrome://flags/ in the address bar and press Enter.
3. Click on Enable touch events > Disabled.
   

Firefox

1. Go to about:config.
2. Filter the settings to dom.w3c.
3. Make sure that the settings are 0 and false.

* Clear cache/restart browsers or test in new incognito tab.
